Feedal supports 20+ question types organised into five categories: Screens (Welcome, Statement, End Screen), Text Input (Short Text, Long Text, Number, Email, Phone, Date), Choices (Multiple Choice, Multi-Select, Dropdown, Yes/No, Picture Choice), Ratings (NPS Scale, Star Rating, Emoji Rating, Opinion Scale), and Advanced (File Upload, Ranking, Matrix). Does Feedal support conditional logic and skip rules? +
Yes. You can set rules that show or hide questions based on previous answers — for example, showing a "what went wrong?" question only to respondents who gave a low NPS score. You can also ask the AI to suggest conditional logic based on your form's purpose.
Can I remove Feedal branding from my forms? +
Yes. White-labelling is available on paid plans — remove all Feedal branding, add your own logo, customise colours, and use a custom domain. Clients and respondents see your brand only.
