Subject to compliance, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use Feedal during the subscription term.

3. Your Responsibilities

1. No resale, sublicensing, or reverse engineering
2. No unlawful or abusive content
3. No scraping, crawling, or malware uploads

4. Services

Trial access may be terminated at any time. Updates may be released without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property belongs to Feedal unless explicitly granted otherwise.

6. Third-Party Services

Integrations are governed by respective third-party terms.

7. Charges & Payment

Payments auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

8. Termination

Accounts may be terminated for violations or non-payment.

9. Confidentiality & Security

We process data securely and never sell personal information.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Arbitration applies.
